Op zaterdag 18 november 2017 organiseren we wederom een Scramble Air Fete. Na het succes van voorgaande jaren, waarbij we het evenement samen hebben laten vallen met de
Nationale Spotters Kampioenschappen (NSK), hopen we ook dit jaar weer veel geïnteresseerden te trekken.
De Scramble Air Fete en de NSK zal dit jaar op een nieuwe locatie worden gehouden welke te vinden is op Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
WORLD HOTEL WINGS
In dit nieuwe hotel op de luchthaven van Rotterdam-Den Haag hebben wij nagenoeg de gehele 1e etage tot onze beschikking welke is opgedeeld in verschillende grote zalen.
Tijdens de Scramble Air Fete zullen vele tientallen stands zijn opgesteld met dia's, foto's, video's, boeken, tijdschriften, DVD's/CD's, ansichtkaarten, vliegtuigmodellen en vele andere verzamelobjecten gerelateerd aan de luchtvaart. Ook andere (spotters)verenigingen en bedrijven verbonden met de luchtvaart en luchtvaarthobby zullen aanwezig zijn. We streven er naar om de gehele 1e verdieping vol te krijgen. Dat betekent zo'n zeventig a tachtig stands met voor iedereen wat wils!
's Middags zullen aangrenzend de Nationale Spotters Kampioenschappen (NSK) gehouden worden. Bezoekers aan de airfete kunnen dus twee vliegen in één klap slaan: hun spotterskennis testen op de NSK en hun verzameling boeken, foto's, dia's, modellen, etc. uitbreiden. Net als voorgaande jaren zullen er meerdere pauzes tussen de verschillende onderdelen van de NSK zijn, zodat de toeschouwers en deelnemers aan de NSK voldoende tijd hebben om de beurs te bezoeken.
Natuurlijk is de Air Fete net als vroeger ook een sociaal evenement. Het buffet en restaurant van het complex, een prima plaats om even onder het genot van een kop koffie en/of een broodje bij te praten met vrienden en collega-hobbyisten.
Toegang tot de luchtvaartbeurs is kosteloos. De beurs duurt van 10.00 tot 17.00 uur zodat de eindtijd samenvalt met het einde van de laatste pauze van de NSK. Stands zijn te boeken à € 25,- per tafel (circa 80x200 cm). Aanmelden kan via airfete@scramble.nl . Een tafel is pas geboekt als de betaling ontvangen is op NL13INGB0006261136 (BIC INGBNL2A t.n.v. Stichting Dutch Aviation Society). Wie na 11 november zijn deelname annuleert krijgt maar 50% van het standgeld retour. Wie niet op komt dagen kan geen aanspraak maken op een vergoeding.

The Scramble Air Fete and the NSK will be held in a new location this year at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

In this new hotel at Rotterdam-The Hague Airport we have almost the entire 1st floor at our disposal which is divided into several large rooms.
During the Scramble Air Fete, many dozens of stands will be compiled with slides, pictures, videos, books, magazines, DVDs / CDs, postcards, airplane models and many other related items related to aviation. Other (spotters) associations and companies associated with aviation and aviation hobbies will also be present. We strive to complete the entire 1st floor. That means about seventy to eighty-eight stands for everyone!
In the afternoon, adjacent to the National Spotters Championships (NSK) will be held. Thus visitors to the Aviation Day will be able enjoy two simultaneous events: test their spotter knowledge on the NSK and expand their collection of books, photos, slides, models, etc. As in previous years, there will be several breaks between the different parts of the NSK, so that the spectators and participants at the NSK have enough time to visit the fair.
Of course, the Air Fete is also a social event as before. The buffet and restaurant of the complex, a great place to chat with friends and fellow hobbyists while enjoying a cup of coffee and / or a sandwich.
Access to the aviation fair is free of charge. The fair lasts from 10:00 to 17:00 so the end time coincides with the end of the last break of the NSK. Stands can be booked at € 25, - per table (approx. 80x200 cm). You can book a table by sending a mail to airfete@scramble.nl. A table is only booked when payment is received on NL13INGB0006261136 (BIC INGBNL2A according to the Dutch Aviation Society Foundation). If you cancel your participation after 11 November you can only get a refund of 50% of your payment. If you do not show up you are not entitled to any refund.
