Dear aviation enthusiast,
I am compiling to Model Musroom Publications the FINNISH FIGHTER COLOURS book, which deals with the WW2 period camouflage and markings. It follows the pattern laid by the Romanian Fighter Colours and Swedish Fighter Colours and the forthcoming Polish Fighter Colours.
The book will be A4 size, hard covers with 256 pages, containing 400+ photos and 200+ colour profiles, including 4-views of all major types. The artist is a promising new, already now world class talent Karolina Hołda.
The main text covers the brief summary of use of every type, including a list by serial number and fate of every individual fighter plane. All various painting styles are explained in depth. The appendix covers also the introduction of all official painting requirements.
As the title says, most of the photo and profile subjects are presented with a painting history not seen before.
The book will become available by the end of 2013, the beginning of November being still the target.
I am offering the book to all pre-scribers at 49.90 € delivered anywhere in Europe. Outside Europe please add 5 €.
