On Thursday September 8th, 2011 a monument will be inaugurated for famous WWII pilot Remy "Mony" Van Lierde at Geraardsbergen in collaboration with our friends of Wings of War.

On Sept 8 2011 Wings Of Memory organises a Memorial for the Belgian Pilot Remy "Mony" Van Lierde. Mony Van Lierde flew in 609 RAF Sqd and helped starting up the Belgian Air Force after WWII.
