On Saturday 21 September 2013 the well known homebuilder Toon Jacobs was
killed while testing his Colomban MC.15 Cri-Cri at Marville in Northern
France. Toon had recently fitted this aircraft with electric engines. During
some tests something when terrible wrong and took this life. Toon Jacobs
was very well known in the aviation world due to his extremely high output
of beautifully finished homebuild projects. All his aircraft were based
