Vintage Wings of Canada : 633 Squadron

In the summer of 1964, as a young fellow of 16, it was commonplace to come in contact with one of nature's more disagreeable manifestations, especially when fishing with my grandfather. But, on one hot summer day, I encountered a never-before-seen species. It was huge! Its body was 44 feet long and its wings, 54 feet. It even sported two Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, making it one of the fastest creatures in existence. Yet where did it come from? As an aviation devotee, until now, I had never seen such a winged predator. Obviously, something had been missing in my all aviation "upbringing", and it took a trip to a local movie theatre to observe what I had been missing.
