A fantastic visit to the Mirage 5 BD 09RESTORATION GROUP. yesterday.

 

The project accumulated achievements in 2018 (in less than one year)

 

• Acquiring and delivery of the aircraft
• Setup a restoration team
• Assembling the aircraft
• Making some functionalities of the aircraft back in use.
• Collecting missing parts and artefacts.
• Having more than 850 peoples joining the facebook page.
• Organising events and visits for the public.

 

In my opinion, setting new standards in aviation preservation in Belgium. We have all something to learn from them.

 

Yesterday, I realized one of my childhood dreams, sitting in the Mirage 5 BD09

Thank you to the project team.
