Le dessinateur Jean-Luc Béghin voudrait identifier les propriétaires du lieu… Au cours des années '70, nous avons consacré plusieurs articles à un dessinateur talentueux habitant Grez-Doiceau, Jean-Luc Béghin. Collaborateur important des hebdomadaires Tintin et Spirou, il était «le» spécialiste des cockpits d'avions, les reproduisant avec une minutie extraordinaire.
