Here's a formation of Merlin-powered aircraft that is a once-in-a-lifetime event for most viewers; it's from the 2013 Canadian Warplane Heritage Air Show in Hamilton, Ontario. The participating aircraft were:

• 1 Lancaster
• 2 Spitfires
• 1 Mosquito
• 2 Hurricanes
