DES F-16 BELGES EN ESTONIE Depuis le jeudi 7 janvier 2016, des militaires belges et quatre avions de combat F-16AM sont déployés jusqu'à la fin avril sur la base estonienne d'Ämari pour assurer, dans le cadre de l'OTAN, la mission de police du ciel de l'espace aérien des Etats baltes.  C'est la quarantième mission de ce type mandatée par l'OTAN depuis 2004. Et c'est la cinquième participation d'avions et de militaires belges.
BELGIAN F-16s IN ESTONIASince January 7 2016, Belgian servicemen and four F-16AM of the Belgian Air Component are deployed on Ämari airbase, in Estonia until the end of April, according to NATO plans, to assume air policing in the Baltic States airspace. It is the fortieth Baltic Air Policing mission planned by NATO and the fifth Belgian participation to this mission.

New fast cycle route to Brussels Airport

Brussels Airport Company, the province of Flemish Brabant and the municipality of Zaventem have agreed to start the construction of a cycle path between the airport and the Leuven-Brussels cycle route. By developing the various means of commuting, Brussels Airport Company aims to contribute towards improved mobility in the region. The cycle track should be ready by the beginning of 2018 at the latest.
