Civilian section of Belgian Wings website revamped

Hi,

The Civil Aviation section of the Belgian Wings Website has been renewed and some 500+ pictures which weren't accessible anymore since Fotopic.net went out of business are brought back on line.

Registration browsing has also been refined to improve searching the Belgian civil register.

In the weeks/months to come the civilian section will be further brought up to the Belgian Wings standards.
