VTB : Spokesman Wings Of Memory lost his live in plane crash

Sad news.  Some years ago, Wings of Memory helped the VTB to restore the Nélis monument (Icare)...

Dear friends,

With great sadness I have to announce that on Tuesday one of the founding members of Wings Of Memory  Chris Van Heghe lost his live in a crash of his ULM plane.

Together with him also his passenger lost his live.

Cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Chris was spokesman on all our memorials and will be very much missed.

I wanted you all to know this sad news.
