The Belgian Ministry of Defence has sold its two Airbus A310 airliner/transport aircraft operated by the Melsbroek based 15th Wing up to last year.  The two A310 had accumulated 35.000 flight hours some 19.942 of which in Belgian Air Force service. Aircraft CA-02 was withdraw from use on August 24th, 2009 while CA-01 bowed out of military service on November 18th, last year. Brussels Airlines enters into Mali with the start-up of a scheduled service to Bamako. Belgian-wings.be : News : 01/06 - Brussels Airlines adds non stop flights to Kinshasa and increases frequency to Abidjan

On top of its 5 weekly flights with a short intermediary stop, Brussels Airlines will offer direct and non-stop flights between Brussels and DR Congo every Wednesday and Saturday during the months of July and August. On these days, the full capacity of the Airbus A 330-300 flights will be reserved for the Kinshasa-Brussels route....
