En marge de la Journée E-Aircraft organisée par l'avionneur européen, et en présence de nombreux élus, décideurs et membres de la presse, l'E-Fan a montré qu'un vol entièrement électrique pouvait être possible. Airbus dévoile ses intentions pour l'avion électrique.

Airbus a présenté à Bordeaux son E-Fan, déjà montré au salon du Bourget l'an dernier, mais a effectué un vol public en présence notamment d'Arnaud Montebourg, Ministre de l'Economie, du Redressement productif et du Numérique, pour le vingt-cinquième vol de l'appareil depuis le mois de mars 2014.
