For
probably the first time since near the end of World War One, FOUR Royal
Aircraft Factory B.E.2 aircraft fly together in formation.
One
of these aircraft, the B.E.2f (second from camera) is an original WW1
veteran. The other three, the dope coloured B.E.2c nearest the camera,
and the two B.E.2e's farthest from the camera are all 100% accurate
reproduction aircraft built by The Vintage Aviator Ltd in New Zealand.
It
is unlikely that another formation like this will happen again in the
near future as the two B.E.2e's are now in the northern hemisphere.
