LES NH90 MTH VOLENT EN FORMATION Le jeudi 12 février 2014, les quatre NH90 MTH de la Composante Air belge ont effectué leur premier vol en formation. C'est sous un magnifique soleil hivernal que les appareils ont décollé depuis leur base de Beauvechain. Une occasion de découvrir de plus près le nouvel hélicoptère de manœuvre opérationnel en Belgique.
BELGIAN NH90 MTH FIRST FORMATION FLIGHT Thursday 12th February 2015, the four NH90 MTH of the Belgian Air Component did their first formation flight. It's under a beautiful winter sun that they took off from their home base of Beauvechain. It was an occasion to discover the new capable tactical helicopter in Belgium.  ICI

Cette section de l'Imperial War Museum (IWM) restera fermée jusqu'au printemps 2016 pendant que les bâtiments et les objets exposés sont remis en état. Le mur de verre situé à l'arrière du bâtiment sera déposé et les appareils suspendus à l'intérieur seront descendus, tous les appareils devant être sortis du bâtiments pour les travaux de rénovation. A partir du mois de mai, il devraient être exposés à divers endroits dans les alentours de l'IWM Duxford. La nouvelle exposition sera actualisée et couvrira les deux dernières décennies de conflit aérien ainsi que leur contexte politique. DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. — Air Combat Command held the Heritage Flight Training Course at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona from February 27 to March 1.

The annual aerial demonstration training event has been held at D-M since 2001, providing civilian and military pilots the opportunity to practice flying in formation for the upcoming air show season.

Established in 1997, the HFTCC features aerial demonstrations from historical and modern fighter aircraft which will fly in formation together during air shows across the country.

The aircraft that participated in this year's HFTCC were the historic P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, P-47 Thunderbolt, and the F-86 Sabre. ACC aircraft included the F-22 Raptor and the F-16 Fighting Falcon.
