On apprend dans la dernière mise à jour du site internet de l'AMPAA (Association des Mécaniciens Pilotes d'Aéronefs Anciens) de Didier Chable, la récupération de l'épave du NA B-25 Mitchell F-AZZU. Rappelons que l'avion a été fortement endommagé au printemps 2011. > lien

Les Ailes Anciennes Haute Savoie qui restaure le Fouga Magister N°85 depuis 2007 cherche des soutients financiers afin de faire revoler l'appareil. Ils font un appel aux dons via "My Major Company" > lienet lien. Ils ont aussi rapatrié un moteur Wright R-3350 Cyclone durant le mois d'août.

Fouga toujours! Les Ailes Anciennes de Toulouse ont ramené le Fouga Magister N°103 à leur base. Certainement le plus beau de l'association car abrité depuis 20 ans à l'IUT Génie Mécanique de Rangeuil > lien.

Christophe Jacquard a vendu le Mauboussin 202 F-PAOI qu'il abritait et restaurait depuis plusieurs années à Dijon Darois. Cette pièce française unique est désormais au Cercle des Machines Volantes basé à Compiègne. Il reste encore beaucoup de travail comparé la photo des années 80 avec celle de son départ de Dijon > lien. Le Morane 230 du CMV a effectué ses premiers vols depuis son arrivée.
