Aircraft preservation : Hangar Flying : Restauration of the C-47 Dakota in Melsbroek

A great achievement when comparing with the state of this aircraft when recovered.
Restoring such an aircraft in a so short period of time is a real tour de force covered by an excellent article of our friends of Hangar Flying

They never sleep at the Stampe Museum.

The Museum team performed the first successfull engine test of the Fouga Magister MT5 preserved at the Stampe Museum in Deurne (Antwerpen).

I saw that you have a Schempp-Hirth sailplane that I watched on its first test flight in 1964. I recently scanned my old slides of that wonderful day at the Hahnweide and posted them to my Facebook page. Perhaps you will enjoy seeing your OO-ZTL when it was brand new!
