Many years ago, an enthusiast saved what was considered as scrap : parts of a crashed Rumpler C IV.After years of efforts, what was once bits and nuts turned to be a realistic restoration project.
Once a unique witness of the air battles over Belgium, the Rumpler C IV 1463/17 is now in the hands of Craftlab in Austria and will soon be the pride of his owner.
Thx to the highly motivated individuals who helped to save this gem for future generations.
