[Event] ESA Open Day at ESTEC on Sunday 2 October
Save the date: this year's 11th annual ESA Open Day at ESTEC in the Netherlands is confirmed to take place on Sunday 2 October. One of a string of 'ESA Days' across Member States, this is the day when the gates of the Agency's technical heart will be thrown open to the general public, to see space hardware and testing facilities and meet space scientists, engineers and ESA astronauts.

[VTB] New book by Col Avi e.r. Jean Buzin

Vers la mi-octobre, les Vieilles Tiges de l'Aviation belge asbl publieront un livre bilingue (FR-NL) de quelque 140 pages compilant une série d'articles rédigés par le Colonel Aviateur e.r. Jean Buzin sur l'évolution de l'aviation tactique belge durant la période allant de 1935 à la fin de la guerre froide en 1991.
Le livre sera mis sous presse début octobre et les VTB lancent une souscription afin de le commander. Ces commandes par souscription seront livrées à domicile.
Nous sommes convaincus que cet ouvrage intéressera beaucoup de vos membres. Nous apprécierions dès lors d'avoir votre soutien pour la distribution du "flyer" en pièce jointe via votre ou vos mailing list(s), nous vous en remercions.
L'ouvrage peut être commandé par simple virement au compte mentionné sur le "flyer" au prix de 25 € pour les envois en Belgique, frais d'expédition inclus (pour l'étranger, merci de nous contacter à VTB.secretary@gmail.com).

Midden oktober zal de vzw De "Vieilles Tiges" van de Belgische luchtvaart een tweetalig boek (FR-NL) van zo'n 140 bladzijden uitgeven met een reeks artikelen geschreven door Kolonel Vlieger b.d. Jean Buzin over de evolutie van de Belgische tactische luchtvaart in de periode van 1935 tot het einde van de Koude Oorlog in 1991.
Het boek zal begin oktober gedrukt worden en de VTB lanceert een voorinschrijving om het te bestellen. Deze voorbestellingen worden thuis afgeleverd.
Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat dit boek veel van uw leden zal interesseren. Wij zouden daarom uw steun op prijs stellen bij het verspreiden van de bijgevoegde flyer via uw mailinglijst(en).
Het boek kan besteld worden door eenvoudige overschrijving op de rekening vermeld op de "flyer" aan de prijs van € 25 voor verzendingen in België, verzendingskosten inbegrepen (voor het buitenland, gelieve ons te contacteren op VTB.secretary@gmail.com).
