Op zaterdag 5 januari 2019 organiseren we weer de Scramble Air Fete waarbij we het evenement weer samen laten vallen met de Nationale Spotters Kampioenschappen 2018(NSK),
hopen we ook dit jaar weer veel geïnteresseerden te trekken.
De Scramble Air Fete en de NSK zal dit jaar op een nieuwe locatie worden gehouden welke te vinden is op International Airport Teuge.
Wij zullen voor de Air Fete gebruik maken van de hangaar van Skydeck. Het volledige adres is als volgt:

In het pand van Skydeck bevind zich een hangaar van 1000m² waarover wij kunnen beschikken voor de air fete. De NSK zal in andere ruimte worden gehouden. Bij het pand is voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Tijdens de Scramble Air Fete zullen tientallen stands zijn opgesteld met dia's, foto's, video's, boeken, tijdschriften, DVD's/CD's, ansichtkaarten, vliegtuigmodellen en vele andere verzamelobjecten gerelateerd aan de luchtvaart. Ook andere (spotters)verenigingen en bedrijven verbonden met de luchtvaart en luchtvaarthobby zullen aanwezig zijn.
's Middags zullen aangrenzend de Nationale Spotters Kampioenschappen (NSK) gehouden worden. Bezoekers aan de airfete kunnen dus twee vliegen in één klap slaan: hun spotterskennis testen op de NSK en hun verzameling boeken, foto's, dia's, modellen, etc. uitbreiden. Net als voorgaande jaren zullen er meerdere pauzes tussen de verschillende onderdelen van de NSK zijn, zodat de toeschouwers en deelnemers aan de NSK voldoende tijd hebben om de beurs te bezoeken.
Natuurlijk is de Air Fete net als voorgaande jaren ook een sociaal evenement.
Toegang tot de luchtvaartbeurs is kosteloos. De beurs duurt van 10.00 tot 17.00 uur zodat de eindtijd samenvalt met het einde van de laatste pauze van de NSK. Stands zijn te boeken à € 22.50,- per tafel (circa 80x200 cm). Aanmelden kan via airfete@scramble.nl . Een tafel is pas geboekt als de betaling ontvangen is op NL13INGB0006261136 (BIC INGBNL2A t.n.v. Stichting Dutch Aviation Society). Wie na 25 december zijn deelname annuleert krijgt maar 50% van het standgeld retour. Wie niet op komt dagen kan geen aanspraak maken op een vergoeding.

The Scramble Air Fete and the NSK will be held this year at a new location which can be found at International Airport Teuge.
We will use the Skydeck hangar for the Air Fete. The complete address is as follows:

In the Skydeck building there is a hangar of 1000m² that we can use for the air fete. The NSK will be held in different space. There is a free parking at the property.
During the Scramble Air Fete dozens of stands will be set up with slides, photos, videos, books, magazines, DVDs / CDs, postcards, airplane models and many other collectibles related to aviation. Other (spotters) associations and companies connected with aviation and aviation hobby will also be present.
In the afternoon, the National Spotters Championships (NSK) will be held. Visitors to the air fete can thus kill two birds with one stone: test their spotters knowledge at the NSK and expand their collection of books, photos, slides, models, etc. Just like in previous years there will be several breaks between the different parts of the NSK, so that the spectators and participants at the NSK have enough time to visit the fair.
Of course, the Air Fete is also a social event, just like in previous years.
Access to the aviation fair is free of charge. The fair lasts from 10 am to 5 pm so that the end time coincides with the end of the last break of the NSK. Stands can be booked at € 22.50 per table (approximately 80x200 cm). You can sign up via airfete@scramble.nl. A table is only booked when the payment is received on NL13INGB0006261136 (BIC INGBNL2A to Stichting Dutch Aviation Society). Those who cancel their participation after 25 December will only receive 50% of the money back. Those who do not show up cannot claim compensation.
